Life is a journey of constant growth and change. We are either growing and adapting to changes or we die. Death is not the most painful thing, the most painful thing is to waste your life without discovering and living your purpose on earth.

Most people live their live based on other people’s opinions & thoughts Some live their live based on how people see or look at them. Don’t live your life with regrets & excuses based on the past. Don’t live your life trying to please everybody.

Today is a new opportunity to live your life to the fullest and be true to yourself. If you are ready live your life to the fullest and maximize your potentials you have to lose negative friends, have the right mind-set, discipline yourself to follow the right path, meditate and listen to your inner gentle voice.

Life does not always give you a second chance. Most times it is now or never!

FRIDAY’S THOUGHT OF THE DAY WITH POSIWORLD

We shall never have more time. We have, and have always had, all the time there is. No object is served in waiting until next week or even until tomorrow. Keep going day in and out. Concentrate on something useful. Having decided to achieve a task, achieve it at all costs.

TUESDAY’S THOUGHT OF THE DAY WITH POSIWORLD

“Make time for getting big tasks done every day. Plan your daily workload in advance. Single out the relatively few small jobs that absolutely must be done immediately in the morning. Then go directly to the big tasks and pursue them to completion.”

FRIDAY’S THOUGHT OF THE DAY WITH POSIWORLD

“Set your sights high, the higher the better. Expect the most wonderful things to happen, not in the future but right now. Realize that nothing is too good. Allow absolutely nothing to hamper you or hold you up in any way.”

Money is a seed, do not eat all your seeds. Plant some of those seeds, when they mature, eat from your harvest and repeat the process. Wealth is not a jackpot, you don’t wake up one morning and meet wealth rather you deliberately plant it, water it and wait for it to grow.
Then remember to always repeat the process for it to continue flowing in.
INVESTMENT is the KEY. Be Wise.

The Old Folktale: Stone Soup

Once a beggar knocked on an old woman’s door.
‘Excuse me,’ said the beggar, ‘but could you share some of your food with me? I’m very hungry.’
‘I have nothing to share,’ said the woman. ‘My food is all gone.’
‘Well then,’ said the man, ‘I will feed you. I have a magic stone that makes the most wonderful soup. All I need is a large pot of water.
The woman was intrigued. ‘Imagine that,’ Soup from a stone!’ Then she went to get the pot.
The woman brought the pot of water and put it over the fire and the man dropped in the round grey stone and began to stir. After a little while the man tasted the soup.
‘This soup is good,’ said the man, ‘but it would be better if we had some salt and pepper.’
‘I think I have some salt and pepper,’ said the woman, and she went and got some.
So the man stirred the pot with the salt and the pepper and the round, grey stone. And the woman said, ‘Imagine that – soup from a stone!’
After a little while the man tasted the soup again.‘This soup is tasty,’ said the man, ‘but it would be tastier if we had some carrots.’‘I think I have some carrots,’ said the woman, and she went and got some long, orange carrots.
So the man stirred the pot with the long, orange carrots; and the salt and the pepper; and the round, grey stone. And the woman said, ‘Imagine that – soup from a stone!’
After a little while the man tasted the soup again.‘This soup is delicious,’ said the man, ‘but it would be more delicious if we had some cabbage.’‘I think I have some cabbage,’ said the woman and she went and got a leafy, purple cabbage.
So the man stirred the pot with the leafy, purple cabbage; and the long, orange carrots; and the salt and the pepper; and the round, grey stone. And the woman said, ‘Imagine that – soup from a stone!’
After a little while the man taste d the soup again. This soup is hearty,’ said the man, but it would be heartier if we had a bone.’‘I think I have a bone,’ said the woman, and she went and got a long, red bone.
So the man stirred the pot with the long, red bone; and the leafy, purple cabbage; and the long, orange carrots; and the salt and the pepper; and the round, grey stone. And the woman said, ‘Imagine that – soup from a stone!’
After a while, the man tasted the soup again. ‘This soup is thick,’ said the man, ‘but it would be thicker if we had some fine, white flour. ‘I think I have some flour,’ said the woman, and she went and got some fine, white flour.
So the man stirred the pot with the fine, white flour; and the long, red bone; and the leafy, purple cabbage; and the long, orange carrots; and the salt and the pepper; and the round grey stone. And the woman said, ‘Imagine that – soup from a stone!’
After a little while, the man tasted the soup again. ‘This soup is wonderful,’ said the man, ‘but it would be more wonderful if we had an onion.’ ‘I think I have an onion,’ said the woman, and she went and got a yellow onion.
So the man stirred the pot with the yellow onion; and the fine, white flour; and the long, red bone; and the leafy, purple cabbage; and the long orange carrots; and the salt and the pepper; and the round, grey stone. And the woman said, ‘Imagine that – soup from a stone!’
After a little while, the man tasted the soup again. ‘This soup is rich,’ said the man, ‘but it would be richer if we had some butter.’ ‘I think I have some butter,’ said the woman, and she went and got some creamy, yellow butter.
So the man stirred the pot with the creamy, yellow butter; and the yellow onion; and the fine, white flour; and the long, red bone; and the leafy, purple cabbage; and the long orange carrots, and the salt and the pepper; and the round, grey stone. There Is A Price For Everything

Some people have all the information they need to succeed in life and they never make use of it because they got it free of charge, that’s why we have a lot of speakers and aspiring people who are still struggling in life without any positive results. Do your research, stay up late, do the hard work and expect nothing for free. To learn something, you must pay for it. Either in money or time

Succeeding Against All Odds

This day, this time, this very minute, let it be known that your dreams, goals, life desires will be challenged. Seldom will a goal or a dream come true easily, without much effort, delays, or hurdles. What is common, however, is going through some measure of pain before you achieve anything meaningful.

If you have a bigger dream, then you are in for a much tougher challenge; the most daring and ambitious it tends to be, the more difficulties you will experience.

When you are faced with such circumstance, will you just throw in the towel and give up? Or will you keep your eyes fixated on the ultimate goal and persist till you succeed? A lot is dependent on your experience and attitude. Some of it may depend on your skills and network—others, luck or chance.

What drives you?

It’s hard moving forward when obstacles and hurdles come in quick successions. At this point, what keeps you going is your purpose.

If a strong purpose fuels your quest to succeed, such attempt is bound to see the light of day.

Coping Strategies

How do you hang in there when the barrage of obstacles comes tumbling down on you?

The following approaches will help a great deal:

Focus on the goal

By being focused on everything you do, on a daily basis, and in every way, you will be encouraged and inspired to keep your eyes set on the goal.

It is imperative, therefore, that you pick your task carefully to ensure that the work you do matters; keeping that final objective close to your heart can be a highly motivating factor. Someone might ask why he or she should do this. The answer is simple: it will energize you.

See solutions not the obstacle

Most often than not, we focus on the difficulties and problems that pave our paths. Stop now and focus on the solutions. Our mind accepts any ideology that it is fed with, and that becomes the popular belief. If you seek for excuses not to achieve your goals, you will find them. On the other hand, if you are obsessed with achieving your goal, you will find a way past all restraints confronting you at the moment.

When you choose to focus on solutions rather than revel in difficulties, you will find them.

Engage with passionate groups

Maybe you don’t know that passion is contagious. There is no way you will hang around a passionate person without some of the positive energy rubbing off on you.

When you’re in a group of passionate people who ultimately are living their dreams, solving their problems, and also pursuing their missions in life, you will be motivated over a temporary setback. If, however, you surround yourself with pessimists, they can quickly dull your enthusiasm and give you reasons to give up. So, it is important to choose your friends wisely.

So many great men of our time had experienced challenges before they achieved their goals. Yours won’t be any different. Let courage and persistence keep you going. Focus on the solutions and reach for your inner strength to propel you forward. You can achieve your goal only if you try.

Al Pacino’s Inch By Inch speech from Any Given Sunday

I don’t know what to say really.
Three minutes
to the biggest battle of our professional lives
all comes down to today.
Either
we heal
as a team
or we are going to crumble.
Inch by inch
play by play
till we’re finished.
We are in hell right now, gentlemen
believe me
and
we can stay here
and get the shit kicked out of us
or
we can fight our way
back into the light.
We can climb out of hell.
One inch, at a time.

Now I can’t do it for you.
I’m too old.
I look around and I see these young faces
and I think
I mean
I made every wrong choice a middle age man could make.
I uh….
I pissed away all my money
believe it or not.
I chased off
anyone who has ever loved me.
And lately,
I can’t even stand the face I see in the mirror.

You know when you get old in life
things get taken from you.
That’s, that’s part of life.
But,
you only learn that when you start losing stuff.
You find out that life is just a game of inches.
So is football.
Because in either game
life or football
the margin for error is so small.
I mean
one half step too late or to early
you don’t quite make it.
One half second too slow or too fast
and you don’t quite catch it.
The inches we need are everywhere around us.
They are in ever break of the game
every minute, every second.

On this team, we fight for that inch
On this team, we tear ourselves, and everyone around us
to pieces for that inch.
We CLAW with our finger nails for that inch.
Cause we know
when we add up all those inches
that’s going to make the fucking difference
between WINNING and LOSING
between LIVING and DYING.

I’ll tell you this
in any fight
it is the guy who is willing to die
who is going to win that inch.
And I know
if I am going to have any life anymore
it is because, I am still willing to fight, and die for that inch
because that is what LIVING is.
The six inches in front of your face.

Now I can’t make you do it.
You gotta look at the guy next to you.
Look into his eyes.
Now I think you are going to see a guy who will go that inch with you.
You are going to see a guy
who will sacrifice himself for this team
because he knows when it comes down to it,
you are gonna do the same thing for him.

That’s a team, gentlemen
and either we heal now, as a team,
or we will die as individuals.
That’s football guys.
That’s all it is.
Now, whattaya gonna do?
